Current Employee - Account Manager says"I have been working at Dekalb Office Environments full-time for more than a year Cons: Management is messy. They can't quite figure out who they are as a company. The are VERY rigid and process oriented; lacking creativity. They will not support you when you are overloaded they just expect you to figure it out; even if it is something you have been communicating for quite some time. You will not get the help that you need. I feel like they don't care as much about the person that works for them and more just someone (anyone) to complete the work. They don't value their employees strengths. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here; it is just too unorgainzied. Very little opportunity to grow. There is high turn-over in this position because they work their employees to burnout."
